Terms & Conditions

1. [DELIVERY]
- Next day Delivery for Fresh produce is applicable for orders within Klang Valley only that are shipped via the “Others” shipping option during checkout. Kindly PM us your postcode number to check whether your area is being covered.
- For other places out of klang valley, we can send by regular courier (takes 2-5 working days) on small fresh products & dried products. However, do note that we will not be responsible for parcel damage or late courier.
-Please be at home and ready to collect your Fresh produce. Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house if you are not around.

2. [PRODUCT AVAILABILITY]
Due to season and availability of the fresh produce, we may replace your items with similar item of value if the ones you ordered are not available. We will message you of any changes.

3. [FAULTY/ SPOILT]
Most of our fresh produce are harvested from our farm and delivered within 36 hours. We store our fruits in refrigerator and air-conditioning environment and ensure the best quality. However fresh produce are highly perishable, if you happen to receive any spoilt or bruised fruits do contact us immediately and our team will try our best to offer you a solution.
